On September 28, 2024, some young researchers from the Department of Mathematics, Politecnico di Milano, took part in MEETmeTonight!
The researchers presented two activities:
- A video game that allows children, families, and people of all ages to guide a virtual flock and discover how a mathematical model can represent complex systems.
- A laboratory activity to study the behaviour of fluids in different situations, through the exploration of the intrinsic physical properties that characterise them.
Two fun and educational experiences for everyone!
The activities were coordinated by Ivan Fumagalli and Edoardo Bocchi.
