Paola F. Antonietti has been granted the research project “PolyNuM-Metodi numerici poliedrici per equazioni alle derivate parziali” funded by Fondazione Cariplo and Regione Lombardia within the programme “Joint Notice to Increase the Attractiveness of the Lombardy Research System and the Comptetitiveness of Young Researchers applying for ERC Instruments”.
PolyNuM aims at developing finite element methods for the discretization of differential problems on polyhedral grids and to apply these techniques to practical problems arising in geophysics .
